Andrea Derby Workman is an Associate Attorney with Tressler Law. Prior to joining Tressler Law, Andrea clerked for the Honorable Jeannice M. Reding, presiding Judge of Hennepin County Family Court, the Honorable Mark S. Wernick, presiding Judge of Hennepin County Criminal Court and former Referee Kevin McGrath. Andrea brings an insightful and innovative approach to matters of family law. She is a strong advocate for her clients and partners with them to help bring them to resolution effectively and efficiently.
Andrea is an alumnus of Hamline University, graduating cum laude, with a Bachelor of Arts degree majoring in History. Andrea is also an alumnus of William Mitchell College of Law graduating with a Juris Doctor.
Andrea has volunteered with Volunteer Lawyers Network Family Law Clinic where she assisted clients with obtaining legal services in regards to matters of family law. In recognition of her volunteer efforts, she was honored with the Minnesota Justice Foundation Achievement in Volunteer Public Service. Andrea is an active member of the Minnesota State Bar Association, Hennepin County Bar Association, Family Law Bush League, and Minnesota Women Lawyers.
