For parties who have reached an agreement regarding custody and visitation only one parental class is required. The choices satisfying this requirement are as follows:
Storefront Youth Action’s Co-Parenting Program. Hennepin County approves this class, in conjunction with the state legislature. A certificate of completion is given to all participants, which must be filed with the court. The class is four hours long and costs $55.00 per person. The LEAD Program. LEAD is an acronym for Legal and Economic Aspects of Divorce. It is a one and one-half hour class and costs $20.00 per person. The third class must be one of the following
